Add a new approach in three easy steps:

# Type the title of your new page into the <span style="color: #DB20D2">Search box</span> in the banner at the top of the page. This should be the title of the approach you are adding.
# This will open up a search results page which will state that there are no results for the text you typed. Below this you will see the text: 'Create the page "TITLE OF YOUR NEW PAGE" on this wiki'.
# Right click on the 'TITLE OF YOUR NEW PAGE' (which will appear <span style="color: red">red</span> as a page that does not exist yet), and select 'Open link in new tab'. This will create the page with an editor window, ready for you to add content to.

During the wikithon, there are two ways you can publish new pages. You can either publish in the <span style="color: #DB20D2">Practice publishing</span> page first (link at the bottom of this page), then when you feel comfortable, <span style="color: #DB20D2">publish on the main site</span> either under Multi-hazard Risk Assessment or Multi-hazard Risk Management. Or, if you are comfortable using a wiki, you can skip the Practice publishing step and publish directly in the Disaster Risk Gateway main pages.

# Practice publishing:
## Navigate to <span style="color: #DB20D2">Practice publishing</span> by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page.
## Click the <span style="color: #DB20D2">Edit icon</span> in the top banner of the page.
## Copy and paste the text below into the editor box, and replace '''ADD TITLE HERE''' with your page title, and '''ADD DESCRIPTION HERE''' with a short summary: <pre> [[ADD TITLE HERE]]: ADD DESCRIPTION HERE</pre> An example is given in the Practice publishing page.

## Click the <span style="color: #DB20D2">Edit icon</span> in the top banner of the page.

Practice publishing

Once you have created a page you can use this space to practice publishing it before adding the page to the main site. To publish your page you need to create a page link. You can do this in four steps:

#Click the edit page icon to open the editor window
